02/11/2011	255	ORDER as to James Cornell Clark: Clark's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is construed to be a Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255 challenging his convictions and sentences in Criminal Action No. 5:07-CR-016-C. Movant James C. Clark shall complete and file an amended motion set forth on the 2255 form provided by the Clerk within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Movant shall answer each question on the form and shall set forth his entire motion against the respondent on the form unless it is necessary to attach additional pages. Movant shall not incorporate by reference, or otherwise, any portion of the petition previously submitted and shall not attach the prior petition. Movant shall sign the Amended Motion. Movant shall only raise complaints regarding his trial and sentencing in Criminal No. 5:07-CR-016-C. Failure to file the amended motion will result in the dismissal of Movant's complaint for want of prosecution without further notice. All pending motions not previously ruled on are denied. Clark shall promptly notify the Court of any change of address by filing a written notice of change of address with the Clerk.
