Just a word to inquire whether I could at some point,
if it is convenient, come to the Hague for a visit of a
half day to look about the Court and chat with you awhile.

I would come up by plane whatever day would be best
for you and return the same day. If such a visit would
be in any way inconvenient, I trust you will not hesitate
to say so freely.
